John Rolfe (Buddy-Buddy to Scotty) was one of the kindest, most upbeat people one would ever meet. We have great memories of John such as best man at our wedding, he and Mary going w/ us on our honeymoon-yes, our honeymoon!, riding harleys, helping Scotty through two strokes and one heart surgery, playing music at our home, bringing homemade CDs to us, calling to sing happy birthdays, and we could go on and on. We will truly miss "Buddy-Buddy" and our prayers will be with John, Jeff and their familes. We love you John Rolfe and we miss you already.

John Rolfe was always kind to me. I was producing a children's interview program for PBS; he was great with the kids sharing his love of flying--especially acrobatics. My stock with them really rose since I knew such an interesting man.

John was a sweet, soft spoken, dear man and a good friend. Our memories of John were us riding our Harleys together and enjoying jokes and stories told by John. He always had a new story or joke. We will miss him and know he will be missed by many. We will cherish the good times we had together. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I grew up in Mer Rouge and knew John Rolfe and all the Windsor family quite well. There was so much musical talent in John Rolfe and other family members. Indeed he was a 'Southern gentleman'. Beverly Tolar
