I give my deepest sympathy to the family. She was such a sweet lady, very dear. I loved her, always looked forward to seeing her at the Hughes Chapel homecomings, and she always had a way of making me feel special and appreciated. To her children, I completely understand the pain of losing your mother, having lost my own several months ago. Time does help, so focus on the good, precious memories. It was an honor to play the piano music at her services today, I appreciated being told it was how she wanted it! I am glad I could play her special song, "Just A Rose Will Do." May you each find special peace today and in the days to follow. I can't help but think about my Momma's big ol' smile when she greeted Bertie Lee in Heaven!

Butch, Mike and Kelcy, I love each of you and my prayers are with you. I am heartbroken with the news of Bertie's passing and wish I could have been with you at the services today. She was an incredible friend and an awesome lady! She loved her family more than anything. Memories of her and all the Warrens will be cherished. Love you, Rita

Carolyn, I am so sorry to hear of your stepmother's passing. I know you loved her a lot! You were always visiting her and I felt I knew her just from listening to you. She sounded like a wonderful person. I pray God will be with you and the rest of the family as you deal with your loss. P.S. I didn't notice you or your sister's name in the Obituary. Maybe just an oversite by the funeral home. May God bless you, Deb
