Tommy, Cindy, Deedee, & Jamie and your families. I love you all dealy and I wish I could just be there to give you a hug. Pete and Martha were such a huge part of my life for so many years. I have precious memories. Knowing Pete like I did, I know he hated the way he has had to live since his stroke but I also know that it won't make you all miss him any less. Our love to you and prayers for God's comfort in your hearts and lives. Love also to the grands, great grands and his extended family. Any time you need to talk or if there is anything else we can do, you know where we are. Aunt Phyllis & Dale

My Uncle Pete was a very special man. I always loved the idea of cowboys you see in western movies like the ones Clint Eastwood played, but my Uncle Pete was a true real life cowboy, the last of a dying breed. He was a strong and tough man with never much to say and piercing blue eyes that seem to see right through you. I loved it when he smiled, I couldn't help but smile with him. He taught me to ride and how to care for horses, because of him my daughter Brooke and I both have a love for horses and my son Brett believes in real life cowboys. I consider that a special gift only he could have given. He was very special to me and I loved him dearly. He will always hold a special place in my heart and the hearts of my children. I love you Uncle Pete and will miss you. Til we meet again, farewell my cowboy uncle, I always new that hat was your halo.
