Mrs. Justice, Emily, Cathy and family. I am so sorry for your loss. I met Mr.Carl when I was delivering his mail. I have to say he was one of the sweetest and most comical man I have ever known. I always left with a smile. My prayers and thoughts are with yall at this sad time.
