I am sorry to hear about mr. Richard he was a wonderful man. when I first started working at the sheriff's office in the radio room I tested his nerves and learned his was very supportive

I was so sorry to hear about Mr. Richard, he was a very sweet man and so nice to work with. He was always so gracious when he worked for the troop and I was just starting out as a dispatcher he always had time to help me out. He will be missed.
