I just realized you have gone. I loved you and Harold as my 2nd parents , you 2 were such a great influence in my life . We shared the same birthday and I will always remember you 2 I love you and I will cherish the things you have taught me and remember the times you played your guitar and sang for us ... I will remember the things we have shared in our life. I can not imagine the greeting you got as you enter you heaven home at last you can sing And hold those beautiful children of your reunion with Mom and Misty. Til later I will see you guys again. Love you ,...

We started going to church together on Pleasant Drive. That little church is gone now but not the memories. We sure were sad to hear this.
Heaven is sounding sweeter with each home going.

My deepest condolences are with you all. I loved seeing Mrs. Leona. She was very sweet. It was a pleasure taking care of her.

Aunt Leona and her devoted soul-mate Uncle Harold have been an inspiration to everyone who met them. I can say with absolute sincerity that I have never known two people who were more kind, loving, and compassionate. What wonderful examples of the Christian faith!
When I called Aunt Leona in recent years, I knew she was often in pain, but she always wanted to hear about my family. She was always positive and encouraging and left me feeling better.
I will never forget the sight of Aunt Leona singing at Preston's funeral service. It brings tears, and yet it brings a smile in understanding the depth of her love and faith.
She has earned her Angel Wings!
