Obituary of Christopher L. Musgrove

Funeral services for Christopher Musgrove, age 48, are scheduled for 10 AM, Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at the Golden Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tim Post officiating. Interment will follow in the Musgrove Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, December 29, 2014 from 5 - 7 PM at Golden Funeral Home.
Chris was a painter and a resident of Bastrop and he passed away Saturday, December 27, 2014.
He is preceded in death by his father, Phillip Musgrove; his brother, Brodie Mark Musgrove; grandparents, J.M. and Inez Musgrove and Brodie and Nigel Risinger; and his beloved dog "Skip".
Chris is survived by his mother, Kay Warren and her husband George; his sister, Amy Musgrove; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Chris enjoyed hunting and fishing, and was an avid sports fan, especially LSU.
Serving as pallbearers will be Juan Musgrove, Chris Gandy, Thomas "Brother" Musgrove, Chuck Lord, David Bass, and Billy Blocker and Bobby Musgrove will be an honorary pallbearer.
