Obituary of Fred Neal Huber

Graveside funeral services for Mr. Fred Neal Huber, age 71, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at Reeks Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. at Golden Funeral Home. Fred Neal Huber went to be with his Lord and Savior Saturday, January 17, 2015. Fred was a loving and caring husband and father. He was a well known musician, who played music not only in this area of the state but all over the United States. Fred performed with many well renowned artists. He was not only a musician but also a journeyman painter and known as a "Jack of all Trades." Fred is survived by his daughter, Kimberly Lane Huber Hampton and husband Scott; son, Torre Neal Huber; grandchildren, Amanda Huber Warren and husband Sid, Jason Huber and wife Miranda,Miranda Jewell Owens and husband Eaan, Megan Huber Stewart and husband Billy, Nia Dawn Huber, Corre Neal Huber and wife Whitney, Logan Thurman and wife Ally, Brandon Hampton; great grandchildren, Kylie Huber, Adian Owens, Aubrie Stewart, Fynlie Stewart, Blaze Huber, Travis Huber, Tyler Huber, Shelby Huber, Logan Montgomery, Matthew Montgomery, Madison Montgomery; half-sister, Kathy Reid and husband Bobby; daughter-in-law, Nancy Huber; companion, Helen Dickson; best friends, Gary Shamblin and wife Pam and Fred had many other nieces, nephews and family members that loved him and he will be missed. He is preceded in death by his mother, Irene Lambert Kester; father, Robert (Bob) Huber; wife, Ruby Jewell King Huber; son, Willie Lester Huber and daughter, Patricia Irene Huber.
