Obituary of Gail Winnon Haynes

Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Gail Winnon Haynes are scheduled for 3 PM, Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at the Oak Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery, Oak Ridge, LA. Visitation will be from 1 - 2 PM at Golden Funeral Home. Mrs. Haynes, age 72, and a retired postal worker, died Sunday, June 14, 2015. She is preceded in death by her parents, Lynn and Nannie Lee Winnon and husband Clayton Haynes. She is survived by two daughters, Vicky Fontana of Lake Villa, IL, and Robyn Collins of Fishers, IN; one son, Jay Williams of Oak Ridge, LA; one sister, Betty Colson of Pine Bluff, AR; one brother, Lynn Winnon, Jr., of Oak Ridge, LA; five grandchildren, Therese, Gabrielle, Trevor, Camdyn and Colton; one great-grandchild, Gianna. Mrs. Haynes was the loving mother of three children and attended Horseshoe Baptist Church. She loved gardening and working in her yard, as well as enjoying creating arts and crafts. She was a graduate of Oak Ridge High School and attended Northeast Louisiana University.
