Obituary of Patrick Allen Cote

Funeral services for Mr. Patrick Allen Cote, age 73, of Bastrop, LA are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at Bonita Road Baptist Church with Rev. Casey Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in the Bonita Road Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday at Golden Funeral Home. Mr. Cote, a retired construction boilermaker welder and charter member of Bonita Road Baptist Church, went home to Heaven after a long battle with heart disease and strokes. He leaves behind his wife of 54 years, Linda Cote; two daughters, Lisa Cote and Laurie Cote; four grandsons, Eric Cote and wife Jessica, Caleb Oliver, Patrick Powers and Garreth Simpson; one granddaughter, Kelcey Dodd; three great granddaughters, Ainslee Cote, Avery Cote, Kylie Dodd; four brothers, Mike Cote and wife Sue, Joel Castleberry and wife Betty, James Castleberry and wife Juanita, Richard Castleberry and wife Susan and one sister, Donna Bryant. Mr. Cote is preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Margaret Castleberry. Serving as pallbearers will be the deacons of Bonita Road Baptist Church.
