Dear Family,
It was a joy to know Sister Margo. She always had a way of turning even the darkest of times to memories of laughter. We know if we live our lives the way she ended hers we will see her again one day! I love you all, Debra Hinson

Dear Family,
My thoughts are with you at this very difficult time. Death is surely our enemy because we were never meant to die ( Ecclesiastes 3:11). Nevertheless, please take heart. Our loving Almighty Creator has promised us that our loved ones who have died will live again (Job 14:14,15), and that all those in the memorial tombs will hear Jesus' voice and come out (John 5:21, 28, 29). Until that time, may you be comforted by these beautiful promises and by the outpouring of love from your dear friends and extended family.

Margo and I worked together at Emmanuel Christian School. She was always smiling and joyful. She had a song for everyone and a voice like an angel. She made me feel right at home when I first started and was always ready to help me in anyway. Her children loved her and she loved them. I always knew that no matter what mood I was in when I saw Margo I would come away feeling happy. We both left the school at the same time and I lost touch with her. Just this year I found her once again on Facebook. My heart was overjoyed that I could once again have contact with my friend. Today my heart is full of sadness and pain to know she has passed. I will miss her, but she will forever have a place in my heart. I will always remember her beautiful smile and her joy. Rest in peace my friend.

My sister (Coral Burnett from Bastrop) just jotted me a text to let me know about Margo passing. I've lived in Colorado for over 25 years and we lost touch when I moved away. Margo and I have only reconnected just this year on Facebook when we found each other again. I was thrilled to "see" my best friend from High School again.
I am truly sorry to hear we have all lost such a sweet caring woman with such a giving heart. Margo was my first friend and best friend in town when we moved there when I was 16 or 17 years old. She protected me from those who teased me because I was from up North and because I had a Yankee accent back then. Margo protected me from those who were mean and she and I had good laughs and good times together in our high school years. I am SO sad, but I know we will meet again in Heaven when it's my turn to go. God Bless you Margo, and thank you so much for being that sunshine in my life when I was in such a dark place back then. God rest your soul and give you peace. Love you, Andrea

So sorry for your loss. I was so impressed with Margo's way of communicating with children. She taught a little girl from China to speak English while in her kindergarten class. She was a true gift.

Aunt Margo was one of the greatest women I ever had the pleasure to know. She would always know what to say and do to make me feel better when I was feeling down. She will forever be missed but live on in my heart and thoughts. You are finally going home aunt Margo no one could ask for a greater loving person than you. I love and will miss you.
