Obituary of Cheryl Lee Tillie

Funeral services for Ms. Cheryl Lee Tillie, age 56, of Pioneer, LA, are scheduled for 2 PM Wednesday December 23, 2015 at Golden Funeral Home with Sister, Renita Hemphill officiating. Visitation will be held from 8 AM until 2 PM service time Wednesday. Interment will follow in Reeks Cemetery Oak Grove, LA. Ms. Tillie loved having fun and enjoyed participating in the senior Olympics and was first place in the chariot races in 2015. She was the queen at Cherry Ridge Guest Care and participated in the Regions beauty pageant in 2015. She loved watching movies with her granddaughter Zoe. She is survived by her mother, Connie Jean Tillie of Pioneer, LA; daughter, Correan Edith Crenshaw & husband Clint of Oak Grove, LA; granddaughter, Zoe Crenshaw of Oak Grove, LA; brother, William Tillie, Sr. & wife Patricia of Pioneer, LA; nephews, Harmon Tillie, Troy Tillie, William Tillie; niece, Dakota Sowyers and husband Taylor and great nephew, Barrett Tillie. Ms. Tillie is preceded in death by her father, Harmon Marshall Tillie; grandparents, Benny D. & Louella Matthews, Benjamin & Correan Green; niece, Amber Tillie. Serving as pallbearers will be Daniel Matthews, Tony Pardon, Mitchell Pardon, Randy Mixon, Corey Spann, Cory Pardon, Billy Hacker and Bobby Hacker
