Lauren was a joy to teach in the fourth grade at Magnet School.2002-2003. She loved the science activities and math work. She enjoyed working with her group partners in class. She was well liked by all her classmates. Lauren was kind to all she knew. Wonderful person!!!!
Lauren and I talked on Thursday, Jan. 29, 2016. I was one of her dental patients that day. We talked, laughed, and remembered times past. She was in a good mood and excited about graduating in May. I could tell Lauren was well liked by her classmates and her instructors. They praised her for her work and complemented Lauren on her correct diagnose and work. I have never had my teeth cleaned so well as Lauren did. I praised her for her excellent work. We hugged as we parted company. Little did I know it would be our last goodbye. God's Will. Rest now, Lauren, in our sweet savior's arms.

I only met Lauren once one time in Bastrop at a get together with some friends. She was very friendly and always had a smile on her face! I would then see her around campus from time to time and we would exchange some words and go on about our day. I did not know her very well but my thoughts and prayers go out to this family during this difficult time. May God be with you in the days to come!!
