Obituary of Rosevelyn Armstrong

Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Rosevelyn Armstrong, age 93, of Bastrop, LA, are scheduled for 11 AM Saturday, February 13, 2016 in Christ Church Cemetery with Reverend Kelvin Copeland officiating. Services are under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Mrs. Armstrong, a homemaker and bookkeeper, passed away Thursday, February 11, 2016 at LeGrand Health Care Center. She was hardworking and loved people. Mrs. Armstrong was always laughing and smiling and she enjoyed working in her yard. She is survived by her son, Dennis Armstrong and wife Nancy of Trussville, AL; grandchildren, Craig Armstrong and wife Pamela of Collinston, LA, Christy Rogers of West Monroe, LA; great grandchildren, Trevor Stewart, Blake Marrs and one great great grandchild. Mrs. Armstrong is preceded in death by her husband, Lindsey Armstrong and a son, Larry Armstrong.
