Funeral services for Mrs. Wilba Ann Smith Williams, age 78, of Bernice, LA, are scheduled for 3 p.m. Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Pine Grove Baptist Church (Bernice, LA) with Rev. Steve Barrett officiating. Interment will follow in the Pine Grove cemetery under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Wednesday at Pine Grove Baptist Church. Mrs. Williams, a retired Insurance Agent and member of Pine Grove Baptist Church passed away Monday February 22, 2016. She loved her family and church, where she faithfully served for over fifty years. She also loved to hunt and fish. Mrs. Williams is survived by her daughter, Candace Barr and husband Robbie; two sons, Gary Williams and wife Karla, Alan Williams and wife Tracey; brother in law, Ronald Williams; grandchildren, Ryan Williams, Cody Barr and wife Sarah, Heath Barr, Kaylie Williams, Garrison Williams, Michelle Culver, Ronald Culver, Rachel Lary and husband Ben, Nathan Kelley and great grandchildren, Drake Barr, Jake Lary and Emma Lary. She is preceded in death by her husband, Malcolm Eugene Williams, parents, Samuel Percy Smith and Annie Lee Smith; sister in law, Renee Williams, mother in law, Louise Williams Jones, and father-in-law, Pelton Williams. Serving as pallbearers are: Ryan Williams, Cody Barr, Heath Barr, Garrison Williams, Buzzy Buckner and Jay Roberts. Honorary pallbearers are: Bill Welch, Ted Roberts, Andy Smock and Jack Spurlock.
