Obituary of Cynthia "Cindy" Lynn Works

Graveside funeral services for Ms. Cynthia "Cindy" Lynn Works, age 44, of Eunice, La are scheduled for 2 PM Monday, April 25, 2016 at Luna Methodist Church Cemetery, Luna, LA with Rev. David Sisson officiating under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Ms. Works, a homemaker, passed away Friday, April 22, 2016 at Christus St. Patrick Hospital in Lake Charles. She is survived by her parents, Alice Hutson and husband Donnie of West Monroe, LA, Richard Works of Sanford, MI; daughter, Maegan Takewell; son, Tyler Works; sister, Amanda Reed, all of West Monroe, LA; brother, Richard S. Works of Monroe, LA; aunts, Jackie Gaspard of Eunice, LA, Carolyn Ellis of Bastrop LA, Delois Daigle of Laurel, MS; uncle, Doyle Harris and wife Charlotte of Monroe, LA and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Ms. Works is preceded in death by her grandparents, Houston Harris and Elsie Becker, Leon and Ethel Works; aunt, Jeannie Harris and uncle Charles Works. Pallbearers will be; Zack Murphy, Cade Smith, Sean Works, Joey Hutson, Tyler Works and Jessy Tucker. Visitation will be held Monday, April 25, 2016 from 10 AM - 12 noon at Golden Funeral Home.
