Obituary of Dianne Morgan Gregory

Funeral services for Mrs. Dianne Morgan Gregory, age 68, of Monroe, LA are scheduled for 11 AM Monday, May 1, 2017 at Loch Arbor Baptist Church with Rev. William Sikes and Rev. Andy Myrick officiating. Interment will follow in Loch Arbor Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday,  April  30, from 5 PM - 8 PM at Loch Arbor Baptist Church under the direction of Golden Funeral Home.

Mrs. Gregory, a cake decorator, passed away Saturday, April 29, 2017 at her residence. She loved her children, grandchildren and extended family. Mrs. Gregory loved to crochet, quilt and sew.

She is survived by her daughters, Carolyn Ann Gregory Guinn and husband Ben, Melinda Kay Gregory Colvin and husband Phillip; grandchildren, Jacob Morgan Guinn, Makayla Mae Guinn, Carlton Colvin, Mercie Colvin, Joseph Colvin, Brittany Colvin; great grandchild, Trinity Grace Colvin;Brother and sisters-in-laws, Louis Gregory and wife Jerri, Charlene Hall, Virginia Townsend, Gloria Gregory, Rita Nelson, Catherine Self, Brenda Ryals and husband Doug; numerous nieces, nephews and special friends, Sherry Smith Puckett and Georgiana Dyer.

Mrs. Gregory is preceded in death by her husband, Edward "Hoss" L. Gregory; children, Steven Gregory, Judith Gregory; parents, Chester and Viola Morgan and her in-laws, George and Dovie Gregory.

Serving the family as pallbearers will be; David Carter, Scott Hall, Sidney Sikes, Burl Stewart, Dennis Matlock, Howard Townsend and Wes Gregory.

The family would like to thank Dr. Craig Turner and his staff; Karen and Lauren with St. Joseph Hospice and Dianna Blake with Restorative Home Care for taking such good care of Mrs. Gregory.
