Obituary of Johnny Wayne LeBrun
~Funeral services for Mr. Johnny Wayne LeBrun, age 64, of Collinston, LA, are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Harmony Baptist Church with Revs. Allan Eppinette and Mike Loveday officiating. Interment will follow in Carter Cemetery under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. Saturday at Harmony Baptist Church.
Mr. LeBrun, a truck driver for Kennedy Transport and U.S. Army veteran, passed away Thursday, May 4, 2017 at his residence. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.
Mr. LeBrun is survived by his wife, Lynn LeBrun; daughter, Rebecca McLeod and husband Kevin of Bastrop, LA; son Josh LeBrun of Collinston, LA; three sisters, Fay Hood of Lindale, TX, Sarah LeBrun of Glenalan, AK, Pauline Singer of Picayune, MS; seven grandchildren, Jachob Reed, Destiney McLeod, Izack Reed, Andalin McLeod, Anabelle Reed, Marinah McLeod, Savannah McLeod; foster grandchild, Khaisar Reed and special friends, Greg Church and Ronald Meeks.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Albert “Junior” LeBrun and Annie Marie Caffery LeBrun.
Serving as pallbearers are: Brent McMilleon, Jason McMilleon, Daven McMilleon, Brandon Gilbreath, Kevin McLeod and Richard Boyte. Honorary pallbearers are Greg Church, Elton Kennedy and Marley Oldham.
