Obituary of Betty Fallin
Funeral services for Mrs. Betty Fallin, age 58 will be held at 10 AM Monday, June 5, 2017, in the Chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Bro. John Austin officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Fallin, a resident of Ruston, LA and a homemaker and quilter, passed away Friday in Ruston, LA. Mrs. Fallin was a member of Goodwill Baptist Church. She was a cancer survivor and was active in Relay For Life. Mrs. Fallin loved to grow roses, her Dachshund dogs, quilting, crocheting and cross stitching.
Mrs. Fallin is preceded in death by her parents, William “Bill” and Bertha McNease Pounders; brothers, James Pounders, David Pounders; and aunt, Lanie Tubbs.
Mrs. Fallin is survived by her husband, William Fallin; daughters, Christy Jenkins of Bonita, LA, Karen Huey and husband James of Ruston, LA, Frances Fallin of Ruston, LA, Nicole Howie and husband Chris of West Monroe, LA; brother, Ronny Pounders of Farmerville, LA; and grandchildren, Harriet Adams, Alice Adams, Penny Jenkins, Madison Huey, Lydia Huey, April Howie, and Albi Howie.
Serving as pallbearers will be Josh Frith, Tyler Jobe, Craig Jobe, Keith Eppinette, Bo Smith, Walter Adams, Edwin Johnson, and Jonathan Johnson.
The family will receive friends from 8 AM until 10 AM Monday at Golden Funeral Home.
