Sending our deepest sympathy to all the Green family. Your mother was such a dear friend and prayer partner for us through the years. We loved her sense of humor, her caring spirit, and her faithfulness in serving her Lord through the years. How wonderful to think of her sitting at Jesus' feet now!
Our love to all,
Les and Mary Anne Harris

Ms. Lou Green was a wonderful, lovely lady. She was a huge supporter of all the children at Cherry Ridge Elementary School during the years I was there. She was the epitomy of the Christian woman, championing so many causes in and out of the church. She supported my missionary uncle (Gurney Harris) and then his son (Lester Harris) in their quest to reach the unchurched in Africa for many decades.
My parents loved her, my siblings loved her; and I loved her. She was one of the most down-to-earth people I ever met, and I will always remember her smile and her voice of sincerity.
Lou Green will be sorely missed by everyone she ever touched in her own special way.
May God's peace be with the entire family and all who knew her.

Hey, Cousins:
So sorry to hear of Lou. She was such "a force" in the family, as all our Moms were...what a strong legacy for you all to carry on. I remember visiting her with Mom and family. There was never a dull moment or being at a loss for words in our family...lots of fond memories of going to Granny Green's house and having Sunday afternoon fun...
Love to you all...

I loved Mrs. Lou! She was such a wonderful mentor to me for many years and I am so blessed because of it. She was always willing to give me advice and listen when I needed her.
Needless to say, I am heartbroken by her death, but am celebrating that she is now with the Lord and reunited with all her loved ones.
Know you are all in my heart and prayers as you face the days ahead.
Much love to you all,
Nancy Peterson
