Obituary of Timothy Simmons, Jr.

Funeral services for Timothy Simmons, Jr., are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 22, 2018, at Loch Arbor Baptist Church with Rev. Andy Myrick and Rev. William Sikes officiating. Interment will follow in Loch Arbor Cemetery under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 5 PM until 7 PM Saturday, July 21, 2018, at Loch Arbor Baptist Church.

Mr. Simmons, a pipeliner, passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at the age of 25. He was a member of Loch Arbor Baptist Church who loved hunting, swimming with his family, and listening to music.

He is survived by his parents, Tim and Theresa Simmons of Monroe, LA; grandparents, Homer Underwood of Monroe, LA, and Patricia Simmons of Monroe, LA; siblings, Jennifer Simmons, Daniel Simmons, Matthew Simmons and girlfriend Candace Dodd, Kayla Simmons all of Monroe, LA.

Serving as pallbearers will be Lewis Hewett, Daniel Simmons, Matthew Simmons, Triston LaFleur, Joey Monahan and Jerry Sikes.
