Obituary of Richard "Ricky" Ainsworth, Jr

Funeral services for Mr. Richard “Ricky” Ainsworth, Jr, age 54, of Bastrop, are scheduled for 2 PM Monday, July 30, 2018 in the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Bro. Taylor Freeland officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mr. Ainsworth, a retired mechanic, passed away Saturday, July 28, 2018 in Shreveport. He loved  his grandbaby, fishing and keeping a clean truck.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Ainsworth; daughter, Brittany Smith and husband Logan, of Bastrop; son, Justin Ainsworth and wife Dana, of Baton Rouge; sisters, Connie Mack and husband Sam, and Cynthia Baker; brothers, Johnny Ainsworth and wife Ann, Aaron Ainsworth and wife Cindy Ann, Michael Ainsworth; and grandchildren, Grayson Ainsworth and Aiyla Martin.

Mr. Ainsworth is preceded in death by his parents, Richard Ray Ainsworth, Sr and Dorothy Ainsworth and son, Joseph “Jo Jo” Ainsworth.

Serving the family as pallbearers will be Johnny Ainsworth, Aaron Ainsworth, Logan Smith, Kolby Frederick, T.K. Frederick and Kelly Frederick.

Visitation will be held Monday, July 30, 2018 from 12 noon - 2 PM service time.
