Mrs.McLeod, Peggy, Donnie and Phyliss, You all were so much a part of our childhood and we will always remember his great personality and humor. Uncle Donald - we are going to miss you ! Sweetness abound , always making us smile and laugh . I always loved going to Bastrop - seemed like every weekend we were headed that way or meeting up on at some lake to fish . One time while out fishing , some other fishermen asked him how the fish were biting — his remark will always stay with us - He told them they were biting good but he had to throw them all back for they had ticks on them ! The other fishermen packed up and left . So he and my dad had the lake to themselves ! Also one time while hunting they got lost - Grandpa , Uncle Donald and my Dad - they were lost for so long that day - He threatened to cut their hair and have them sit on a stump they had passed a few times while he did it .. Always in my heart ❤️

Uncle Donald , you will be so missed . You always made me laugh - I can remember you singing — acting like a hillbilly .. Many fishing trips were spent almost every week- end on the lake : catching the fish , cleaning and frying them them within minutes of the catch .You will be so missed — Love you - Always in my heart ❤️!!
