Obituary of Phyllis Musgrove Caldwell

Funeral services for Mrs. Phyllis Musgrove, age 71, will be held Thursday, November 8, 2018 at 10 AM  in the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Tim Post officiating. Interment will follow in Musgrove Cemetery.

Mrs. Musgrove, a resident of Bastrop and a CNA, passed away Monday, November 5, 2018. She was a member of Concord Primitive Baptist Church, and she loved her dogs. Mrs. Musgrove is preceded in death by her parents, Mark and Inez Musgrove; brothers, John Mark Musgrove, Jr., Phillip Musgrove, Madison Musgrove, Terry Musgrove; sisters, Carol Ogima, Sherlyn Gail Musgrove, and Genova Rushing.

Mrs. Musgrove is survived by her sisters, Lucy Hutson, Patsy Ruth Ogima; brothers, Juan Musgrove and wife Mary, Douglas Musgrove ; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Serving as pallbearers will be Bill Ridge, Ricky Hutson, Brother Musgrove, Chuck Lord, Bobby Joe Musgrove, and Douglas Musgrove.

The family will receive friends from 5 PM until 7 PM Wednesday at Golden Funeral Home.
