Obituary of Audrey Tubbs

Funeral services for Mrs. Audrey Tubbs, age 78, are scheduled for 10 AM Thursday, November 29, 2018 in the chapel of Golden Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 PM until 7 PM Wednesday, November 28, at Golden Funeral Home.

Mrs. Tubbs, was born April 13, 1940 and passed away November 25, 2018 in Monroe, LA. She loved her family, and enjoyed visiting with her customers, owning a convenience store before retiring to work in her yard and raise her dogs.

She is survived by her son, Gary Tubbs and wife Becky; daughters, Vickey Gorden and husband Eddie, Pam Myers and husband Bobby; brother, Buddy Miller; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Mrs. Tubbs is preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Dell Sykes; husband, Roland Tubbs; sons, Ricky Tubbs and Randy Tubbs.

Serving as pallbearers will be Jessie Tubbs, Michael Tubbs, Brandon McCowin, Eddie Gorden, Michael Harris and Kenneth “Doc” Malone.
