Obituary of Tammy "Peanut" Harris

Funeral services for Mrs. Tammy “Peanut” Harris are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 31, 2019, in the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Rev. Rocky Harris officiating. Interment will follow in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, LA. The family will receive friends Sunday prior to the service from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.

Mrs. Harris, a homemaker and resident of Bastrop, LA, passed away Friday, March 29, 2019, at the age of 60.

She is survived by her husband, Ricky Harris; mother, Vada Wilkerson of Calhoun, LA; sons, Johnathan Keen of Monroe, LA, Jason Keen and wife Melanie of Hebert Springs, AR, and Tony Harris and wife Courtney of Bastrop, LA; daughters, Roxanna Halford and husband Chris of Bastrop, LA, and Brandy Spigner and husband Nick of Bastrop, LA; sisters, Dottie Swain and husband Jake of Calhoun, LA, Joyce McNeely and husband Terry of West Monroe, LA, Pam Graves and husband Tony of Calhoun, LA, and Tiffany Jones and husband John of Start, LA; and thirteen grandchildren. 

Mrs. Harris is preceded in death by her father, Riley Wilkerson; and sister, Judy Fryday.

Serving as pallbearers will be Tony Harris, Jamie Swain, Brandon Fryday, Brad McNeely, Nick Spigner, and Brady Weber. Honorary pallbearer will be Charles Cherry.
