I worked with Donna for many years in juvenile court. Despite all the negative experiences that occur in this line of work, there were two things that you could count on being consistent with Donna: her love of Jesus and her concern for children. She went above and beyond trying to do the best for each child she worked with, and often continued trying to help those who got out of the system. I frequently joked with her that she was in the wrong line of work because she had such a hard time letting go and her response was always some variation of this - she was put here to be the one consistency in their lives and would do so until they didn't need her anymore. She touched many lives, and will be missed by all.

Where do I start with my memories of Donna. She was a friend who loved you regardless of circumstances. She loved with her whole heart. She was a true friend. She wanted people to come to Jesus because He is a friend that sticks closer than a brother. I will miss my buddy. Love you my precious friend.

Donna was a true jewel. My wife and I knew her almost from the time the family settled in Arkansas and had the opportunity to interact with her personally and professionally. We counted her a true and loving friend. So sorry for her loss, but so glad she's with her Jesus.

We met Donna Nolan and her family many years ago when they moved to be our neighbors in rural Arkansas. We remained friends and family for twenty years; Donna and her children became part of our family and lives and will always remain in our hearts.
Donna was a person who “walked in His light” in all she did and was. She made a profound difference in many worlds with a soft word, a touch on the arm, a hand held, and a whispered prayer. She was a beacon who loved without reserve and without judgment. May she rest in perfect peace, health, grace and joy and may her voice soar forever in the Heavenly Choir. Angel-girl Donna, welcome Home.
All our love to Donna’s wonderful family. Thank you for enriching our lives. May God’s perfect comfort surround you. We are here for you, David and Kiah Mott and Janie Lindquist.
