Today had to be one of the most difficult days of my life not being to be there to say my goodbyes. Thank you for always loving me unconditionally and being there for me in ways my own parents never were. You always made me feel loved and at home and definitely made me feel like one of your own. I will always hold you close to my heart.

I'm still in shock I can't believe you are gone. I loved you more than you will ever know. And blood or not and no amount of time that passed since I had seen you would ever change the fact that I thought of you as a mom. You and Ralph both will always hold a special place in my heart. And I will cherish the memories I have with you forever.
In my heart you have never just been my stepfather.

Michelle, Rhonda and Eddie, I am so very sorry for the loss of your mother. I have such wonderful memories of spending time with her and all of you as a child. She was a wonderful lady. When she walked into a room it would just light up. I am praying for all of you. Mom was heartbroken when she heard this news. I wish that we could be there, but her health is not good and I don’t think she could make the drive. I cherish my memories of her and of you.

Mrs. Patricia- I want you to know how much James, Michelle and I love you and cherished every moment we spent with you and Ralph. James is so proud to call you Maw Maw and you will always be in our thoughts and prayers. Remembering Trish (as Bobby always referred to her), what a beautiful, kind, straight up woman with so much class. I was happy to have her as my aunt in-law for 30 years.
