Obituary of Hilda Marguerite Hammonds

Memorial services for Mrs. Hilda Marguerite Hammonds, age 78, are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Sunday, December 29, 2019, in the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Post officiating. Inurnment will follow in Hickory Grove Cemetery, Crossett, AR. 

Mrs. Hammonds, a resident of Bastrop and a homemaker, passed away Wednesday, October 16, 2019. Mrs. Hammonds was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and a great grandmother.

Mrs. Hammonds is preceded in death by her father, A. J. Redden; mother, Vivian Smith and James T. Smith; husband, Huey Hammonds; daughter, Regina Louise Ray; and granddaughter, Sonja Marguerite Qualheim.

Mrs. Hammonds is survived by three daughters, Helen Purifoy of El Dorado, AR, Beverly Johnson and husband Lane of WA, Debra Farrar and husband Ted of Bastrop; one brother, Garry Redden of Texas; three grandsons, Brian Qualheim, Matthew Farrar, Steven Farrar; and six great grandchildren, Maddie, Hannah, Cody, Elijah, DJ, and Spartan.
