Mr. Jesse E. Wood, Jr. passed away January 13, 2020, at the age of ninety-four. The family will conduct private memorial services at a later date.
Mr. Wood loved hunting and fishing, and was very active in Alcoholics Anonymous. He is preceded in death by his wife, Ruby D. Wood; son, Hugh Alan Wood; and parents, Jesse E. Wood and Gertrude S. Wood;
Mr. Wood is survived by his daughters, Beth Eckles of Bastrop, LA, Donna Wright of Angleton, TX; sons, Jesse E. Wood III and wife Cynthia of Bastrop, LA, Roger A. Wood and wife Christi of Tyler, TX; grandchildren, Savannah Crain, Amber Travis and husband Kevin, Noe Trevino and wife Angela; great grandchildren, Haven Crain, Lyncoln Travis, Jeremiah Trevino, Elijah Trevino and David Trevino.
A Memorial Tree was planted for Jesse E.
