Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Verna “Lucy” Deal are scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, February 4, 2020, in Memorial Park Cemetery with Bro. Joey Kennedy officiating.
Mrs. Deal, a resident of Bastrop, LA, passed away Saturday, February 1, 2020, at the age of sixty-three. She is survived by her husband, Ellis Lynn Deal; children, Timothy Caffery, Tina Marie Lynn Deal; sister, Barbara (Caffery) Guin and husband Raymond Sr.; grandchild, Hayden Lane Sanders; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Mrs. Deal is preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Annie Mae Caffery; siblings, Betty Jones, Buddy Caffery, and Larry Caffery.
