Obituary of Carolyn Robinson

Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Carolyn Robinson will be held at 2 PM, Tuesday, May 19, 2020, at the Memorial Park Cemetery, with Brother Allan Eppinette officiating. Mrs. Robinson, a resident of Bastrop, passed away Sunday, May 17, 2020, at the age of seventy-two. She was born August 19, 1947 in Wiville, Arkansas and attended Wiville and Cotton Plant schools before moving to Bastrop, Louisiana in 1978. She was a member of Harmony Baptist Church. She loved her family dearly, especially her grandchildren. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Her hobbies included flower arranging, fishing and craft making. Mrs. Robinson is preceded in death by her parents, Loretta and Tom Goodman; sister, Letha Ann Beadle; and step-daughter, Wanda Bronson. Mrs. Robinson is survived by her husband of thirty-five years, Floyd Robinson; daughter, Deborah Bailey Frei and husband Dr. Don Frei; stepson, Mike Robinson; sister, Jennie Hunt; brother, Tommy Goodman; and grandchildren, Aidan Frei, Sophia Frei, and Abby Frei; and numerous nieces and nephews.
