Funeral services for Jimmy Edward McKoin are scheduled for 2 PM Friday, July 3, 2020, in the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Bro. Allan Eppinette officiating.
Mr. McKoin, a resident of Bastrop, LA, passed away June 30, 2020, at the age of seventy-three.
He is survived by his sons, Justin McKoin, Darren Bray Cooper, Corey Parker; sisters, Verdi McKoin, Sherry Cook, Wanda Rainbolt; grandchildren, Braylee Kate Cooper, Layla Bray Cooper, James Wyatt Kennedy; a host of nieces and nephews; and special friends, Jeff and Kim Lynn, Harold Lewis, Larry Lusby, and Frank Gorman.
Mr. McKoin is preceded in death by his parents, Harvey McKoin and Ruth McKoin Guice; brothers, H.M. McKoin and Billy McKoin.
Serving as pallbearers will be Chris McKoin, Corey Parker, Tad Curry, Colby Lynn, Shane Trichell, and Bobby Barnes.
The family will receive friends Friday prior to the service, beginning at 12 PM.
