Graveside funeral services for Ms. Kayla Jordan, of Mer Rouge, LA, will be held at 10 AM Saturday, July 11, 2020 at Mer Rouge Cemetery with Elder Marvin Lowery officiating. Service will be under the direction of Golden Funeral Home.
Ms. Jordan passed away Thursday, July 9, 2020 at the age of thirty. She loved fishing and she was an animal lover, especially her cats. Kayla loved her family and friends dearly.
She is survived by her parents, Angela Calhoun of Mer Rouge, LA and Earl McCowin, Jr. of Bastrop, LA; grandparents, Olaus and Betty Connor of Monroe, LA; brothers, Jeremy Jordan and wife Shadow of Bastrop, LA, Jason McCowin of San Diego, CA; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Ms. Jordan is preceded in death by her grandparents, Earl and June McCowin.
A time of visitation will be held Saturday, July 11, 2020 from 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM at the funeral home.
