Memorial services for Joshua Lamar Degges are scheduled for 2 PM Friday, July 24, 2020, in the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Bro. Phillip McCready officiating. The family will receive friends Friday, prior to the service, beginning at 1 PM.
Joshua, a resident of Bastrop, LA, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2020, at the age of thirty-four. He was a member of the Sigma Pi International Fraternity and he loved his dogs and working on computers.
Joshua is survived by his father, Lamar Degges; sister, Jennifer Degges Redden; nephew, Deaven L. Redden; Niece, Hailee T. King; his pup, Dustie; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Terri Degges; and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
