I just found out about his passing and I'm truly sorry to hear this. He was always very nice to me and represented me in a sensitive case and also kept me safe by telling me the right way to do things to protect myself. He was always nice to me.. Once again I'm sorry to see the passing of this sweet soul. I hope he overcame his demons in heaven

I remember elections, oh so many elections, when our "blended" family became one to support a candidate. Jerry Jones for DA, Lee Loche for Police Juror, Carol Jones for Clerk of Court; Mike Tubbs for Sheriff, we were united as one. "Rest Duncan, Rest!"

Duncan was such a nice guy. I hadn’t seen him in many years. He always had me laughing. I always kept him in my prayers. I battled my own demons of addiction many years ago. I knew Duncan left Bastrop to get his life together. A friend had told me. And I was so very happy. My thoughts & prayers go out to his Mom, Dad, Sister & the rest of his family and friends. Love you Duncan. Will always remember your wonderful smile & laughter.

To Shelley and Jerry,
I regret learning of your son passing away, particularly at a much to young age; our middle daughter is five days older than your son.
We haven't lost a child, yet, but our 8 year-old granddaughter passed away five years ago due to a metabolism issue and that loss must be similar and it does take time to adjust.
I hope you're able to adjust as soon as possible.
