Memorial funeral services for David Brandon White are scheduled for 2 PM Thursday, November 19, 2020, in the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Rev. Kevin Sanders officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 12 PM.
Mr. White, a roofer and resident of Bastrop, LA, passed away Tuesday, November 17, 2020, at the age of forty-one. He loved fishing, hunting, camping, and tattooing.
Mr. White is survived by his father, David “Bo” Sims and step-mother, Penny Sims; mother, Debbie Brown and step-father, Danny Brown; grandmother, Hope Settlemyer; daughters, Destiny White, McKenzie McGee; sons, Brandon White, David “Little David” Smith; sisters, Kristy White, April Clement White; step-sister, Amanda Kelly (Terry); step-brother, Danny Joe Clark; and numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Evie Lois Sims and Buddy Sims; and maternal grandparents, Clyde White and Pauline Walker Watson.
