Obituary of Ruthie Frances Coyle Weatherford

A memorial funeral service for Mrs. Ruthie Frances Coyle Weatherford, age 77, of Bastrop, LA, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at the Chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Post and Pastors, Nick and Beth Caveness officiating. Mrs. Weatherford, a member of the Eastern Star, passed away Thursday, February 4, 2021. She was a loving wife, mother and she adored her grandchildren. She loved her work as a respiratory therapist with Morehouse General Hospital, where retired after 43 years of service. Mrs. Weatherford is survived by her husband of 35 years, Robert Weatherford; two sons, Tony Eugene Herrington and wife Suzanne, and Todd Alan Herrington and wife Cheryl; two daughters, Stacy Morris and husband Wayne, and Misty Hutto and husband Chad; sister, Ida McGuffee; two brothers, George “Buddy” Coyle and wife Gayle, and Mack Coyle and wife Lori; grandchildren, Casey Herrington, Carey Herrington, Curt Ruffin, Tiffany Swan, Courtney Reznicek, Lawrence Wolfe III, Elizabeth Caveness, Lane Hutto, Trace Hutto, Hayden Hutto and Kathrene Paige Redd; as well as a multitude of great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, Marion Frances Coyle and Elizabeth Mae Coyle; sister, Helen Chrisoel; and grandson, Joshua Paul Wolfe.
