Obituary of Judy Carolyn Withers

Funeral services for Ms. Judy Carolyn Withers, age 74, are scheduled for 2 PM Monday, February 22, 2021 at Golden Funeral Home with Rev. Andy Myrick officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 1 PM until 2 PM service time Monday at Goldens. Ms. Withers, a member of Green Acres Baptist Church, passed away February 18, 2021. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren and their dogs. She enjoyed cooking, and working in her yard with her flowers. She is survived by her daughter, Alisha Withers Young and Gary; sons, Jeff Withers and wife Shauna, Bruce Withers and wife Lori; sisters, Becky Lewis and husband Jack “Buster”, Brenda Evans; grandchildren, Nicholas Young, Jace Withers, Mallory Withers, Dustin Withers, Austin Withers; great grandchildren, Kyler Young and Parker Young. Ms. Withers is preceded in death by her mother, Thelma Patrick Vaughn; father, Henry Willis Patrick; step-father, Jack H. Vaughn; sisters, Billie Jean Shaw and husband Billy Ray, Sarah Jane Patrick Wooden and husband Bobby Joe and Shirley Ann Pratt. Serving as pallbearers will be Nicholas Cole Young, Jace Michael Withers, Austin Michael Withers and Dustin Lee Withers. Honorary pallbearers will be Gary Wayne Johnston and Jack “Buster” Lewis, Sr. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Carter Cox, Jr. and his staff, for their support and continued guidance.
