Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Deloris “Dee” Trichell are scheduled for 2 PM Monday, March 15, 2021, in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, with Pastor Chad Brooks officiating. The family will receive friends Monday, prior to the graveside, from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at Goldens. Mrs. Trichell, a resident of Bastrop, LA, passed away Friday, March 12, 2021, at the age of seventy-eight. She was a proud member of the Butte Tribe of Bayou Bourbeaux, and loved traveling, shopping thrift stores, and spending time with her family. Mrs. Trichell is survived by her daughter, Sonia Sistrunk and husband Bobby of Decatur, AL; sons, Bobby Barnes and wife Ragan of Monroe, LA, Buck Bray of Bastrop, LA; sister, Antoni Jester of Addis, LA; brothers, Terrell Trichell and wife Stacy of Bastrop, LA, Mike Trichell and wife Sylvia of Bastrop, LA, Jimmy Trichell and wife Donis of South Carolina; grandchildren, Brittany Sistrunk, Barrett Sistrunk and fiancé Chelsea, Blaine Sistrunk and wife Sam, Brennan Sistrunk and wife Ashleigh, Rachel Boyte, Ethan Boyte, Haley Wegner and husband Jason, Cameron Bray, Tyler Bray, Maddox Bray; great-grandchildren, Brecken Widner, Kerian Widner, Kenna Widner, Madilyn Sistrunk, Addilee Novell Garth, Anyla Drummond, Baylen Sistrunk, Colstyn Sistrunk; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Minnie Trichell; daughter, Tonia Lee Boyte; son-in-law, William Boyte; sister, Teresa Trichell Rainbolt; brother, Joseph Willard Trichell; great-granddaughter, Skyler Alyssa Cato. Serving as pallbearers will be Barrett Sistrunk, Blaine Sistrunk, Brennan Sistrunk, Ethan Boyte, Cameron Bray, Tyler Bray. Honorary pallbearers will be Shawn Trichell, Donnie Paxton, Damon Trichell, and Brian Rainbolt.
