Mr. Leon Leroy Sims, age 70, of Bastrop, LA, passed away Saturday, March 13, 2021.
Mr. Sims is survived by his wife, Lisa Johnston; son, Buddy E. Sims and wife Tammy; sisters, Punky Sims, Joyce Tyson and husband Ray; brother, David Sims and wife Penny; grandchildren, Dustin Sims and wife Chyenne, Destinee Williams and husband Mason, Harley Johnston, Anthony Johnston and wife Ashley; great-grandchildren, Annamae Williams, Emery Grace Sims, Ryana Johnston, Ralee Johnston, Leland Johnston, Liam Johnston; special nephew, Jimmy Ray Defee and wife Amanda; and numerous other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Buddy and Evia Lois Sims; two sisters; five brothers; and great-grandson, Wesson Johnston.
Services for Mr. Sims will be private.
