Obituary of Chris Earl Herring

Graveside funeral services of Chris Earl Herring are scheduled for 2 PM Monday, May 3, 2021 at Bartholomew Methodist Cemetery with Bro. Richard Gambill officiating under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Mr. Herring, a member of First Baptist Church, passed away Monday, April 26, 2021, at the age of fifty-eight. He did odd jobs and enjoying hunting, fishing, and making crafts. Mr. Herring is survived by his mother, Erma Faye Herring; sisters, Linda Sue Doke and husband Richard, Mary Catherine Emanuel, Carolyn Mae Albright, Rita Maria Reynolds, Erma Faye Herring; brother, Thomas Clayton Herring; special friends, Annie Miller and Buddy Miller; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends. He is preceded in death by his father, James Thomas Herring; brothers, Roger Dale Herring, Leroy Herring, Troy David Herring; and sisters, Margaret Ann Hall and Charlotte Herring.
