Funeral services for Mr. Kenneth Lee Hickman, age 52, are scheduled for 3:30 PM Wednesday, June 2, 2021 at Golden Funeral Home with Rev. Allan Eppinette officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 2 from 1 PM until 3:30 PM, service time.
Mr. Hickman, a welder and resident of Bastrop, passed away Thursday, May 27, 2021. He was a family centered man who loved his kids and his grandkids. He loved to dance, music, fishing and he loved life and was known for always being a happy person.
He is survived by his mother, Karen Townsend; daughters, Brooke Hickman and Destiny Hickman; sisters, Penny Whitaker and husband Lee, Karla Shipman (Carl Jason Pippen), Pamela Keely and husband Stan, Casey Alfaro and husband Allan, Jennifer Hickman, Meredith Hickman; brothers, Bruce Hickman and wife Amy, Keith “Tattoo” Hickman and wife Leanne, Michael Rea and wife Crystal, Charles Ronald Nail, Ronald Gray Hickman, Tony Hickman; grandchildren, Raegen McKelvey and Saydi McLeod as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Mr. Hickman is preceded in death by his father, Ronald Hickman; grandparents, Leonard and Dena Johnson; grandmother, Opal Risher; step-father, Kenneth Townsend; uncles, Donald Hickman and Billy Jack Hickman.
