Obituary of Patricia Lee Emanuel Summerville

Graveside funeral services for Patricia Lee Emanuel Summerville are scheduled for 2 PM Thursday, January 27, 2022, at Memorial Park Cemetery with Bro. Tim Post officiating. Ms. Summerville, a retired school teacher and member of Parkview Baptist Church in Monroe, passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at the age of eighty-six. She loved flower gardening, her dogs, watching her birds, and feeding her squirrels by hand. Ms. Summerville enjoyed dining out, and dancing, although shopping was one of her favorite past times. She was always proud to have been crowned Miss Northeast Louisiana State College in 1953. She is survived by her son, Lindsay Anderson and wife Donna; brother, Dr. John Emanuel and wife Barbara; granddaughter, Brittany Davis and husband Matthew; nieces and nephews, Betsy Emanuel Ball, Sally Sisson and husband Jason, Rebecca Murray and husband Pat, Mickey Emanuel, and Ted Emanuel and wife Jo. Ms. Summerville is preceded in death by her daughter, Deidre Anderson; brother, Milton Emanuel; and parents, T.D. and Katie Emanuel.
