Funeral services for Sarah Martin Gandy, age 94, are scheduled for 10 AM Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at Golden Funeral Home with Bro. Paul Laird and Sis. Clelie Stone officiating. Interment will follow in Stevenson Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday, February 7 from 5 PM until 7 PM at Goldens.
Mrs. Gandy, a member of Beekman Methodist Church, passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2022. She loved quilting and enjoyed her time spent with the “Busy Bees” quilting club. She adored her family and loved spending time with her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter, Debra Dickson and husband Terry; sons, Jack Martin and Doug Martin; brother, Walter William Hull and wife Patsy; eight grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family.
Mrs. Gandy is preceded in death by her parents, Alton and Martha Jane Hull; husbands, A.G. Martin and Jim Bob Gandy; sister, Jane Bubnich; brother, Alton N. Hull, Jr.
Serving as pallbearers will be Trent Bryant, Crystal Coulter, John Dickson, Brian Martin, Ronnie Martin and Chad Martin.
