Rest in Peace, Mr. Charlie. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Charlie at the Park, as part of a youth program in the summer of 1981. That was over 40 years ago and I've never run into him in town when he didn't have a big smile and a hearty "How've you been?" to share. One of those fellas I'll never forget..
