Obituary of Sherri Jo Sullivan

Funeral services for Ms. Sherri Jo Sullivan, age 63, are scheduled for 10 AM Saturday, June 18, 2022 with Bro. John McGregor and Bro. Joey Kennedy officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday morning from 9 AM until 10 AM, service time. Cemetery services will begin at 1:30 PM at Bethlehem Cemetery, Homer, LA. Ms. Sullivan, a member of New Life Church, passed away Wednesday, June 15, 2022. She loved helping others, spending time with her family, and especially looked forward to cooking holiday meals. A graduate of Bastrop High School and Northeast Louisiana University, she spent most of her career in Environmental Science for the State of Louisiana. After returning to Bastrop during retirement, she enjoyed working as part of the Super One Deli team. She is survived by her sister, Shelly Sullivan Justice and husband David; brothers, Bruce Sullivan and wife Priscilla, Mark Sullivan and wife Shawn and Bryan Sullivan and wife Karen. Ms. Sullivan is preceded in death by her parents, W. Joe and Myrna Bassham Sullivan. Serving as pallbearers will be Bruce Sullivan, Mark Sullivan, Bryan Sullivan, David Justice, Joseph Sullivan and Jason Sullivan.
