I had the pleasure of having Mrs. Dreher as my gifted math teacher for many years. Like Mrs. Hawkins, she was an iconic part of my youth. Hearing of her passing makes the world feel a little bit smaller, though her contribution to the many young men and women of the Morehouse Parish Gifted Center lives on. Glen, Lisa, Paul and David, i was so sorry to learn of Betty's passing. I know that she loved her God and her family fiercely. I feel great joy having known her and knowing how much she loved you all.
