Obituary of Mary Ann Gregory

Mrs. Gregory was born July 14, 1940 in Winnsboro, LA to Carl and Lovie McDaniel and she passed peacefully Friday, February 17, 2023 at Glenwood Regional Medical Center at the age of eighty-two. Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Ann Gregory, age 82, are scheduled for 2 PM, Thursday, February 23, 2023 at Golden Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Post officiating. Interment will follow in Carter Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 PM until 7 PM, Wednesday, February 22 at Goldens. She was a member of the Bartholomew Methodist Church any time the doors were open when her health permitted. She was the matriarch of the family and she loved spending as much time as possible with them. Mrs. Gregory enjoyed being a member of the Collinston community and she also contributed to the “Garage sales for the Morehouse Humane Society”. She is survived by her daughter, Debbie Gregory and husband, Clifton; sons, Shane Ray Gregory and wife, Rene, Chad Gregory and wife, Jennifer; sister, Anita Faye Barker; grandchildren, Samantha Jester, Angel McDaniel, Heather Lamb, Ethan Edwards, Abigail Gregory, Tucker Richard, Tanner Gregory, Taylor Gregory, Andrew Little, Terra Thornton and Jennifer Mercer; great grandchildren, Logan Anderson, Elijah Edwards, Bryson Bell, Earl Bell, Khloe Lamb, Christopher Ray Gregory, Aaron Gregory, Ellie Rae Little, Kyleigh Ragsdale, Kohen Ray Thornton, and Clancie Mercer. Mrs. Gregory is preceded in death by her husband, Ray Gregory; her companion, Joel Hoffman; brother, Carl McDaniel; grandchildren, Shane Ray Gregory, Jr. And Eric Ray Gregory. Serving as pallbearers will be Ricky McDaniel, Stephen Jester, Andrew Little, Tucker Richard, Ethan Edwards and Logan Anderson. Honorary pallbearer will be Tanner Gregory.
