Graveside services for Ellen Marie Gregory are scheduled for 11 AM Monday, July 17, 2023, in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, prior to the service at Golden Funeral Home from 9:30 - 10:30 AM.
Mrs. Gregory, a resident of Bastrop, LA, passed away Thursday, July 13, 2023, at the age of ninety-four. She was a retired Registered Nurse who enjoyed life to its fullest! She loved watching Western shows (she loved the scenery) and reading!
Mrs. Gregory is survived by her son, Robert V. Stewart, III and wife, Fay; son-in-law, Johnny Edward Lynn; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family. She is preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Carrie Gregory; daughter, Angela Stewart Lynn; grandsons, John Lynn, Brandon Lynn, and Adam Lynn; siblings, Vera Wilson, Bill Gregory, Ada Osborne, Sam Gregory, Jr., Roy Gregory, Johnny Gregory, Dora Bell Matheny, Dorothy Stokes, Mary Louise Matheny, Jimmy Gregory, Thomas Gregory, and Guy Gregory.
